(T-Mobile)

Led the UX for T-Mobile Pay as a Guest, a responsive web and mobile app allowing anyone, even non-T-Mobile customers to easily pay bills digitally.

Benefits included the ability to pay without logging in, to pay final bills online for canceled services hassle-free, and for friends and family to pay customer bills, even if they aren't T-Mobile customers.
